  • We provide unique opportunities for seasoned accredited investors to put private capital to work by accessing international investment opportunities

  • We lead mergers and acquisitions and joint venture efforts either as partners or on behalf of our clients in order to enable market expansion and/or growth opportunities

  • As part of our investment oversight role for the projects that our partners fund, we will assume board positions over the duration of our investments.
